  1. Working principle

  The gas analyzer is composed of gas circuit system, sensor, signal processing circuit, single chip microcomputer, power supply system, display circuit and buttons. The sensor converts the specific gas content in the measured sample gas into electrical signals, which are amplified and shaped by the signal processing circuit, and then sent to the single-chip microcomputer for conversion from analog to digital. At the same time, the internal calibration data is called for calculation processing, and then displayed The circuit displays the measured value.

  The analyzer converts the concentration value of the gas into a standard signal output (such as 4-20mA or RS232 communication signal, etc.), and sends it to the receiving device.

   When the concentration value is higher than the upper limit contact output setting value, the upper limit relay is closed, the normally open end is connected to the common end, and the normally closed end is disconnected from the common end. When the concentration value is lower than the upper limit contact output setting value, the upper limit relay is disconnected, the normally open end is disconnected from the common end, and the normally closed end is connected to the common end.

   When the concentration value is lower than the lower limit contact output setting value, the lower limit relay is closed, and when the concentration value is higher than the lower limit contact output setting value, the lower limit relay is disconnected.
